# clsOtherPartiesManager

`clsOtherPartiesManager` maintains the other-legal-party list for the current case — employers, attorneys, and persons not otherwise represented as the primary worker/attorney of record — backed by cached code lookups for reference data. It inherits `LegalManagerBase` (this library) → `ClaimAppManager` (`SAIF.Application.Claim`).

## Purpose
- Maintain the list of other legal parties (employer, attorney, person) associated with the current legal case.
- Cache related code-table lookups in-process to reduce Oracle round trips for largely static reference data.

## Behavioral notes
- Code-list lookups used to populate other-party type/role dropdowns are cached in-process, consistent with the caching pattern used by `clsHearingLocationManager`/`clsLegalPersonManager` in this library*.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Because lookups are cached, a reference-data change made elsewhere may not be immediately visible until the cache entry expires*.
